We stand behind every Chophaven Hydration Vest. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

• Email support@chophaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a shipping address.
• Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your vest arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us with a photo and we'll ship a free replacement — no return required.

Non-returnable

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items damaged through misuse.
